My name is David Barton. I spent 10 years serving others in mental health treatment. That experience taught me the importance of listening deeply, guiding people through major life changes, and helping them make decisions with clarity and confidence. Those same skills now shape the way I support my clients.
I no longer work as a clinician. Instead of trying to appease insurance companies, I spend my time focused on my clients and their needs.
Today, my services are offered as a Behavior Change Consultant. No matter the change you are going through or looking to make, my role is to make the process less overwhelming and more empowering.
